The 10 free sample questions of every course (with a free account) and daily lessons with the AI teacher are free to try before you buy, so all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to the 1-Year Pass ($179.99 per course) and to monthly payments ($69.99 per course per month).
If you were charged by mistake — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or the wrong amount — email support@abbtests.com with your account email and the date of the charge. We correct billing errors and refund the erroneous amount to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel a monthly subscription from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for, and you won't be charged again. Past payments are not refunded.
